Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards it
- possession of good public speaking and communication skills
- ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
- ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations and error correction
- skill in identifying problems, gathering relevant data and evaluating alternatives
- capability to work under pressure
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
- ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- required alcohol certification and training if assigned alcohol duties
- adherence to company dress code

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- handling of emergency situations when called upon
- general cleaning duties
- compliance with company dress code
- operating POS system with accuracy in cash drawer and transaction handling
- upselling premium viewing experiences
- promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- ensuring tickets are sold per MPAA rating system and policy
- responding to guest inquiries professionally
- preparing, operating, and cleaning concession equipment
- complying with local, state, and federal food safety laws
- ensuring current alcohol certification when applicable
- tearing tickets and managing stub collection
- directing patrons to auditoriums
- inspecting backpacks and packages where applicable
- managing crowd control and assisting guests
- enforcing the MPAA rating system
- conducting auditorium inspections
- reporting problems or unusual situations to management
- performing auxiliary concession sales in auditorium
- cleaning auditoriums and public areas
- monitoring cleanliness and equipment operation
- assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
