Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- State or local alcohol training and certification if duties include selling or serving alcohol
- Effective communication in public speaking and responding
- Ability to perform accurate calculations and error correction
- Skills in problem-solving, decision making, and working under pressure
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, and hear frequently
- Capability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 60 pounds
- Close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Adherence to company dress code and attendance policies
- Willingness to work varied schedules as assigned
- Compliance with smoke-free facility rules
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Good public speaking and effective listening skills
- Ability to respond clearly and directly
- Capable of performing calculations with speed and accuracy
- Strong problem identification and evaluation skills
- Ability to take action under pressure and opposition
- Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
- Ability to establish goals, budget time, and prioritize
- Familiarity with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Knowledge of food safety laws and alcohol service certification where applicable
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling of emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Operating POS system and managing cash and card transactions accurately
- Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences and concession items
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring compliance with MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to guest inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Operating, preparing, and cleaning concession equipment
- Complying with food safety laws and maintaining alcohol certification
- Tearing tickets, collecting stubs, and directing patrons
- Inspecting belongings and managing crowd control
- Conducting auditorium inspections for safety and quality
- Reporting unusual situations to management
- Performing in-auditorium concession sales
- Cleaning auditoriums and common areas
- Monitoring vending equipment functionality
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as directed
