Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience beneficial but not required
- Available to work variable shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand walk and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Must comply with company dress code and grooming standards
- Legal age for alcohol sales if assigned to sell or serve alcohol
- Completion of all required training and certifications
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Ability to operate POS systems accurately
- Knowledge of MPAA rating system and company policies
- Good public speaking and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if selling alcohol
- Possess excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including managing cash drawer credit cards gift cards and redeemed tickets or coupons
- suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences such as 3D RPX IMAX
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
- Ensuring compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Responding to guest inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Operating and cleaning concession stand equipment and managing concession inventory
- Assist with crowd control and guiding guests to their seats as an usher
- Conduct in-theater inspections for picture sound quality and safety
- Perform cleaning duties including auditoriums restrooms lobby and hallways
- Handling emergency situations when required
