Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete required training programs including responsible beverage service if applicable
- Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol if assigned such duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands frequently
- Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Compliance with company dress code
- Capable of handling emergency situations with composure
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Possess good public speaking skills
- Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
- Perform math calculations accurately and quickly
- Identify problems and resolve issues based on evidence
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with customers and staff
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Duties
- Operate POS system including cash drawer and payment processing accuracy for tickets and concessions
- Upsell premium experiences such as 3D, RPX, and IMAX
- Promote the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
- Ensure compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Handle guest inquiries and respond to phone calls professionally
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties around the theater
- Monitor auditorium conditions including crowd control and assist guests with seating
