Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Legal age for serving alcohol if applicable and completion of state/local alcohol service training
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Compliance with company dress code
- Adherence to food safety and employment break laws
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and using hands
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must be willing to read and understand training materials on workplace conduct and safety
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Good public speaking skills and effective listening
- Ability to respond clearly and directly to guests
- Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Problem-solving skills including identifying issues and evaluating solutions
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to set goals, manage time, and prioritize tasks
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, handle objects, climb, stoop, kneel, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- Vision capability including close and distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Job Duties
- Operate POS system including handling cash drawer, credit cards, and gift cards
- Upsell and suggest premium viewing experiences such as 3D, RPX, IMAX
- Promote the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
- Sell tickets in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone and in person
- Prepare and clean concession equipment and maintain stock inventory
- Comply with food safety laws and alcohol service regulations
- Tear tickets, collect stubs, and direct patrons to auditoriums
- Manage crowd control and assist guests with seating
- Conduct auditorium inspections for picture and sound quality
- Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and hallways
- Report problems or discrepancies to management
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
