Job Qualifications
- completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- completed box office cashier certification or progress towards completion
- possess good public speaking and communication skills
- ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
- able to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- capable of identifying and correcting errors
- strong problem identifying and solving skills
- ability to work under pressure
- excellent communication with customers, co workers, and management
- able to set priorities and manage time efficiently
- if applicable, completion of legally required alcohol service training and certification
- understand and comply with sexual harassment and discrimination training
Job Duties
- operating the POS system including handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards accurately
- up selling or suggestive selling premium viewing experiences such as 3D, RPX, and IMAX
- promoting the Regal Crown Club membership program
- ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy
- responding to guest questions and phone calls professionally
- preparing and cleaning concession equipment
- complying with local, state, and federal food safety laws
- tearing tickets and directing patrons to auditoriums
- managing crowd control and assisting guests with seating
- performing auditorium inspections to maintain picture and sound quality
- cleaning auditoriums and maintaining lobby and restroom cleanliness
- monitoring the operation of vending equipment
- assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
