Job Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- willingness to undergo training and certification
- ability to maintain regular attendance
- compliance with company dress code
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- ability to pass vision requirements including close and distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
- non-smoker
- use of desktop or laptop computer for application process
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program
- progress towards box office cashier certification
- completion of legal and company-required alcohol training when applicable
- good public speaking skills
- ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
- ability to perform calculations accurately
- sound problem identification and resolution skills
- excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers
- ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- handling emergency situations when called upon
- performing general cleaning duties
- complying with company dress code
- operating POS system in Box Office and Concession Stand with accuracy
- promoting Regal Crown Club program
- upselling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences and concession items
- ensuring tickets are sold according to MPAA ratings and company policy
- responding to guest inquiries
- preparing and cleaning concession equipment
- complying with food safety laws
- maintaining alcohol certification where required
- tearing tickets and collecting stubs
- managing crowd control and assisting patrons to seats
- enforcing MPAA rating system
- conducting in-theater inspections for picture, sound quality, and safety
- reporting issues to management
- assisting with opening and closing duties
- monitoring cleanliness and operation of theater vending equipment
