Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- If applicable complete legally required alcohol certification and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Possess good public speaking and listening abilities
- Ability to perform accurate calculations
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Adhere to company dress code
- Be legally permitted to serve alcohol where applicable
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing walking stooping kneeling crouching and climbing
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Successful completion of any required alcohol certification and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if applicable
- Good public speaking and effective listening skills
- Ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills with customers co-workers and management
- Ability to establish goals budget time and set priorities
- Ability to perform tasks under pressure and opposition
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including handling cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed tickets passes and coupons
- Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences and concession items
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring compliance with MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to guest inquiries and phone calls consistently with guest service philosophy
- Managing crowd control and directing patrons
- Cleaning auditoriums restrooms lobby and other public areas
- Monitoring concession stock inventory and equipment
- Handling emergency situations when required
- Reporting any unusual situations to management
- Assisting with opening and closing duties assigned by management
- Complying with food safety laws and alcohol service regulations
- Maintaining professional appearance and consistent attendance
