Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- completion of legally required state or local alcohol training if applicable
- ability to speak clearly and listen effectively
- proficiency in math calculations and error correction
- problem solving and data evaluation skills
- ability to perform under pressure and opposition
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to stand walk sit use hands finger handle feel reach with hands and arms talk or hear
- occasional ability to climb balance stoop kneel crouch crawl

Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- completion of legally required alcohol training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if applicable

Job Duties
- Operating POS system including handling cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
- up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences such as 3D RPX IMAX
- promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- ensuring tickets are sold according to MPAA rating system and company policy
- responding to phone calls and guest inquiries in line with guest service philosophy
- preparing cleaning and operating concession equipment
- complying with food safety laws
- abiding by laws related to breaks and meal periods
- ensuring current alcohol certification and training where applicable
- tearing tickets collecting and depositing stubs and directing patrons to auditoriums
- managing crowd control and assisting guests with seating
- enforcing MPAA rating system
- conducting theater inspections for picture sound quality and safety
- reporting problems discrepancies or unusual situations to management
- performing auxiliary concession sales in auditorium
- cleaning auditoriums restrooms lobby areas and maintaining vending equipment
- assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
