Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards certification
- If applicable, legal age and certification to sell or serve alcohol
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Good vision including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to comply with company dress code
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program
- Progress towards completion as box office cashier if applicable
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if selling alcohol
- Good public speaking and communication skills
- Ability to perform calculations accurately
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
- Ability to perform duties under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and team members
Job Duties
- Operating POS system and ensuring accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, and other payments
- Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences and concession items
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
- Ensuring compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Handling emergency situations when required
- Performing cleaning duties including auditoriums and lobby areas
- Assisting guests with seating and crowd control
- Monitoring theatre equipment and maintaining safety standards
- Responding to guest questions and providing excellent customer service
- Reporting unusual situations to management
