Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum of one year experience in the food service industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling payments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests providing a warm and genuine welcome
- Provide guests with menus and answer initial questions
- Instruct guests on navigating the Tasting Room and retail shop
- Ensure server stations are stocked with tableware napkins and condiments
- Deliver food and beverages to guests
- Enter orders into POS system and process payments
- Answer guest questions about recommended items ingredients and preparation
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service
