Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Guide guests through the ordering process at the counter
- Highlight unique menu offerings and products
- Maintain awareness of bar and kitchen flow
- Run food and drinks to guests
- Maintain the dining room by clearing and bussing tables
- Attend to guests seated in the dining room
- Update seating chart and take additional orders with a handheld POS
- Resolve guest issues promptly
- Clear and clean vacated tables
