Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
- Completion of any legally required state or local training and certification for alcohol sales
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, and hear frequently
- Ability to occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 60 pounds
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance
- Comply with company dress code
- Ability to handle emergency situations when called upon
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if required
- Ability to perform public speaking and listen effectively
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations with accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
- Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 60 pounds
Job Duties
- Operate POS system and handle cash drawer, credit cards, and other transactions accurately
- Upsell and suggest premium viewing experiences such as 3D, RPX, and IMAX
- Promote the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
- Ensure tickets are sold according to MPAA rating system and company policy
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and clean all concession-related equipment while complying with food safety laws
- Tear tickets, collect stubs, direct patrons to auditoriums, and assist with crowd control
- Conduct theatre inspections to monitor picture, sound quality, and ensure a safe environment
- Clean auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and maintain vending equipment
- Address and report any theatre issues or emergencies to management
