Job Duties
- Craft and deliver personalized dining experiences for every guest
- Expertly present and recommend food and beverage choices to patrons within the restaurant's dining area
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining environment
- Assist team members and management to ensure a positive guest experience
- Uphold Buffalo Wild Wings standards for customer service and hospitality
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and concerns
