Job Duties
- use your knowledge of carmax inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
- guide customers every step of the way from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications
- complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers
- build rapport and establish trust with customers to understand their true needs
- participate actively in team goals and contribute to a high-energy sales environment
- engage in continuous learning and development through paid training and personal sales mentorship
- provide honest and transparent information to uphold carmax’s reputation
