Job Requirements

- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly
- physical ability to perform assigned tasks
- ability to work safely and follow safety protocols
- meets state requirements for equipment operation
- understanding of food handling safety
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to participate in training programs and follow company policies
- valid driver’s license or state ID

Job Duties
- Reporting for assigned shifts on time and communicating clearly
- promoting sales and offering product recommendations and samples
- restocking and maintaining merchandise displays and shelves
- operating equipment such as cash registers, pallet jacks, and balers safely
- mentoring new associates and fostering a positive learning environment
- completing guest special order requests accurately
- ensuring compliance with safety, food handling, and workplace regulations
