Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- clear communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks safely and effectively
- ability to work assigned shifts punctually
- compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
- meets state minimum requirement to operate baler and trash compactor
- valid driver's license or state identification
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- commitment to safe work practices
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- reads and comprehends simple instructions and memos
- writes simple correspondence

- meets state requirements for operating baler and trash compactor
- valid driver's license or state ID card
- completion of Yoke's training programs including safety and guest service training
Job Duties
- Reporting for assigned shifts on time and ready to provide excellent service
- promoting sales and exceptional service through active discussions with guests and product recommendations
- restocking displays, managing merchandise including receiving, unpacking, verifying, pricing, and stocking
- operating equipment such as pallet jacks, cash registers, and trash compactors safely
- mentoring new associates and fostering a positive learning environment
- completing guests' special order requests accurately and timely
- ensuring compliance with safety, food handling, and company policies
