Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Effective communication with guests, vendors, and associates
- Basic math skills using money and measurements
- Common sense reasoning abilities
- State requirement compliance for baler and trash compactor operation
- Valid driver's license or state ID
- Commitment to safety practices
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform required tasks
- Willingness to report accidents promptly

- Completion of Yoke's provided training programs such as Active Shooter, Grocery Skills Training, Food Handler's Safety Training, and HIPAA Training
Job Duties
- Reporting for assigned shifts on time and capable of communicating clearly
- Promoting sales and exceptional service through active discussions with guests
- Restocking and maintaining merchandise displays and ad items
- Operating equipment such as com-line, phone, baler, box cutter, pallet jack, and cash register safely
- Mentoring new associates to ensure a positive learning environment
- Communicating and completing special order requests accurately and timely
- Ensuring compliance with safety and food handling regulations
- Participating in the department's accident reduction plan
