- Experience as a floor supervisor or keyholder in a similar retail management role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Open availability for various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Passion for fashion and the Ted Baker brand
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
