Job Requirements

  • Excellent communications, supervisory, and guest service skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office software
  • Some college preferred
  • Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • Certified Trainer and Shift Lead experience may substitute management experience for internal candidates
  • Extensive standing without breaks
  • Exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
  • Must reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
  • High level of mobility and flexibility for periods up to eight hours or longer
  • Ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure and stress
  • Ability to bend, reach, and walk
  • Effective communication with guests
  • Ability to carry trays weighing approximately 20 lbs for up to 60 feet
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong supervisory and guest service skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office software
  • Some college education preferred
  • Previous restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • Internal candidates may substitute Certified Trainer and Shift Lead experience for management experience
