Job Requirements
- Excellent communications, supervisory, and guest service skills
- Computer literacy
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office software
- Some college preferred
- Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
- Certified Trainer and Shift Lead experience may substitute for management experience
- Extensive standing without breaks
- Exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
- Reaching heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
- High level of mobility and flexibility for periods up to eight hours or more
- Ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure and stress during busy times
- Bending, reaching, and walking
- Effective communication with guests
- Carrying trays weighing up to 20 pounds for distances of up to 60 feet
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong supervisory skills
- Exceptional guest service abilities
- Computer literacy with comfort in Microsoft Office software
- Some college education preferred
- Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
- Certified Trainer and Shift Lead experience considered for internal candidates
Job Duties
- Assist in managing restaurant operations for a specific location
- Achieve planned sales and budgeted profit levels
- Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards
- Provide direction and motivation to hourly partners
- Ensure execution of all positions, chores, and responsibilities
- Maintain sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and quality work environment
- Effectively manage operational and product costs
