Job Requirements
- Excellent communications skills

- Computer literacy
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office software
- Some college education preferred
- Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
- Certified trainer and shift lead experience may substitute for management experience for internal candidates
- Extensive standing without breaks
- Exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
- Ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
- High mobility and flexibility to work for periods up to eight hours or longer
- Ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure and stress during busy times
- Physical ability to bend, reach and walk
- Effective communication with guests
- Able to carry trays weighing approximately 20 pounds over distances up to 60 feet
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Assist in managing restaurant operations for the assigned location
- Achieve planned sales and budgeted profit levels through policy implementation and operational standards
- Provide direction and motivation to hourly partners to ensure execution of all job positions and responsibilities
- Maintain a sanitary, safe, and respectful work environment that protects the brand
- Manage operational and product costs effectively
- Role-model behaviors aligned with the company’s beliefs including courtesy, respect, and reliability
- Adhere to and promote the company’s training systems to support staff development
