Job Requirements

- some college preferred
- some restaurant managerial experience preferred
- certified trainer and shift lead experience considered for internal candidates
- ability to stand extensively without breaks
- exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
- capable of reaching heights of six feet and depths of three feet
- high mobility and flexibility for up to eight hours
- ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure
- effective communication with guests
- ability to carry trays weighing approximately 20 pounds for distances up to 60 feet
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
