- some restaurant managerial experience preferred
- certified trainer and shift lead experience may substitute for management experience
- ability to stand extensively without breaks
- ability to tolerate heat, smoke, and cold
- capable of reaching heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
- high mobility and flexibility for up to eight hours or longer
- able to work irregular hours under pressure
- physical ability to bend, reach and walk extensively
- effective communication with guests
- ability to carry trays weighing approximately 20 pounds for up to 60 feet
