  • some restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • certified trainer and shift lead experience may substitute for management experience
  • ability to stand extensively without breaks
  • ability to tolerate heat, smoke, and cold
  • capable of reaching heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
  • high mobility and flexibility for up to eight hours or longer
  • able to work irregular hours under pressure
  • physical ability to bend, reach and walk extensively
  • effective communication with guests
  • ability to carry trays weighing approximately 20 pounds for up to 60 feet
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
