Job Requirements

  • excellent communications, supervisory, and guest service skills
  • computer literacy
  • some college preferred
  • some restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • internal candidates may substitute certified trainer and shift lead experience for managerial experience
  • extensive standing without breaks
  • exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
  • ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
  • high mobility and flexibility for periods of up to eight hours or longer
  • ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure
  • effective communication with guests
  • ability to carry trays weighing approximately 20 lbs for up to 60 ft
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • some college preferred
  • experience in restaurant managerial roles preferred
  • internal candidates may use certified trainer or shift lead experience in lieu of management experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • supervisory and guest service skills
  • computer literacy with Microsoft Office proficiency
