Job Requirements
- excellent communications, supervisory, and guest service skills
- computer literacy
- some college preferred
- some restaurant managerial experience preferred
- internal candidates may substitute certified trainer and shift lead experience for managerial experience
- extensive standing without breaks
- exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
- ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
- high mobility and flexibility for periods of up to eight hours or longer
- ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure
- effective communication with guests
- ability to carry trays weighing approximately 20 lbs for up to 60 ft
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- some college preferred
- experience in restaurant managerial roles preferred
- internal candidates may use certified trainer or shift lead experience in lieu of management experience
- excellent communication skills
- supervisory and guest service skills
- computer literacy with Microsoft Office proficiency
