Job Requirements

  • Excellent communications, supervisory, and guest service skills
  • Computer literacy, comfortable with Microsoft Office software
  • Some college preferred
  • Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • Internal candidates considered for promotion to manager may substitute certified trainer and shift lead experience for management experience
  • Extensive standing without breaks
  • Exposure to heat, smoke and cold
  • Reaching heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
  • Must have high level of mobility and flexibility in space provided for periods of up to eight hours or longer as needed
  • Must be able to work irregular hours under heavy pressure and stress during busy times
  • Bending, reaching and walking
  • Effective communication with guests
  • Carrying trays of food products weighing approximately 20 pounds for distances of up to 60 feet
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • Certified trainer or shift lead experience may substitute for management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Proficient guest service skills
  • Computer literacy with comfort using Microsoft Office
  • Some college preferred

  • Assist in managing restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Provide direction and motivation to hourly partners
  • Ensure execution of all roles, chores, and responsibilities on the floor
  • Maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful, and efficient work environment
  • Manage operational and product costs effectively
  • Role-model behaviors aligned with company beliefs and philosophy for service
