- some college preferred
- some restaurant managerial experience preferred
- internal candidates may substitute certified trainer and shift lead experience for management experience
- extensive standing without breaks required
- exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
- ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
- high level of mobility and flexibility for periods up to eight hours or longer
- ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure and stress
- ability to bend, reach, and walk
- effective communication with guests
- ability to carry trays weighing approximately 20 lbs for distances up to 60 ft
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
