  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • Some college education preferred
  • Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • Certified Trainer and Shift Lead experience for internal candidates
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Exposure to heat, smoke and cold
  • Ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
  • High level of mobility and flexibility for extended periods
  • Ability to work irregular hours under pressure
  • Ability to bend, reach, walk extensively
