Job Requirements

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Supervisory skills
  • Guest service skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • Some college preferred
  • Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • Certified Trainer and Shift Lead experience may substitute management experience
  • Able to stand extensively without breaks
  • Able to work in heat, smoke, and cold conditions
  • Ability to reach heights of six feet and depths of three feet
  • High mobility and flexibility for up to eight hours or more
  • Ability to work irregular hours under pressure
  • Effective communication with guests
  • Able to carry 20 lbs trays up to 60 ft
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong supervisory abilities
  • Experience in guest service
  • Computer literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • Internal candidates may substitute Certified Trainer and Shift Lead experience
  • Some college education preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations to meet sales and profit goals
  • Implement and uphold company policies and operational standards
  • Provide direction and motivation to hourly staff
  • Ensure all positions and responsibilities are executed effectively
  • Maintain a sanitary, safe, and respectful work environment
  • Manage operational and product costs efficiently
  • Protect and promote the company brand through excellent service
