Job Requirements
- Excellent communications skills
- Supervisory skills
- Guest service skills
- Computer literacy
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Some college preferred
- Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
- Certified Trainer and Shift Lead experience may substitute management experience
- Able to stand extensively without breaks
- Able to work in heat, smoke, and cold conditions
- Ability to reach heights of six feet and depths of three feet
- High mobility and flexibility for up to eight hours or more
- Ability to work irregular hours under pressure
- Effective communication with guests
- Able to carry 20 lbs trays up to 60 ft
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in guest service
- Computer literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
- Internal candidates may substitute Certified Trainer and Shift Lead experience
