  • some restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • certified trainer and shift lead experience may substitute
  • ability to stand extensively without breaks
  • exposure to heat smoke and cold
  • able to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
  • high mobility and flexibility for periods up to eight hours or longer
  • ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure
  • able to bend reach and walk effectively
  • capacity to communicate effectively with guests
  • capable of carrying trays weighing approximately 20 pounds for 60 feet
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • assist in managing restaurant operations
  • achieve planned sales and budgeted profit levels
  • implement and uphold company policies and procedures
  • provide direction and motivation to hourly partners
  • ensure execution of tasks for exceptional guest experience
  • maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful and efficient work environment
  • manage operational and product costs effectively
