Job Requirements

  • excellent communications skills
  • supervisory and guest service skills
  • computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • some college preferred
  • some restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • ability to stand extensively without breaks
  • able to work in environments with heat, smoke, and cold
  • ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of three feet
  • high mobility and flexibility for extended periods
  • ability to work irregular, high-pressure hours
  • effective guest communication skills
  • capable of carrying food trays weighing approximately 20 lbs for distances up to 60 feet
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • assist in managing the restaurant operations for a specific location
  • achieve planned sales and budgeted profit levels
  • implement, manage, and uphold company policies, procedures, and operational excellence standards
  • provide direction and motivation to hourly partners
  • ensure execution of all positions, chores, and responsibilities
  • maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and quality work environment
  • manage operational and product costs effectively
