Job Requirements
- Experience in restaurant management preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Supervisory skills
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
- Some college education preferred
- Ability to stand extensively without breaks
- Exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
- Ability to reach heights of six feet and depths of three feet
- High level of mobility and flexibility for extended periods
- Ability to work irregular hours under pressure
- Effective guest communication
- Ability to carry trays weighing 20 lbs for 60 ft
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Some college preferred
- Experience in restaurant management preferred
- Certified trainer or shift lead experience considered for promotion
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong supervisory abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
