  • some college preferred
  • some restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • internal candidates considered for promotion to manager may substitute certified trainer and shift lead experience for management experience
  • extensive standing without breaks
  • exposure to heat, smoke and cold
  • ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
  • high level of mobility and flexibility for up to eight hours or longer
  • ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure and stress during busy periods
  • ability to bend, reach and walk
  • effective communication with guests
  • ability to carry trays weighing approximately 20 pounds for distances up to 60 feet
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • assist in the management of restaurant operations for a specific location

  • ensure execution of responsibilities to deliver exceptional guest experience and product quality
  • maintain a sanitary, safe, and respectful work environment
  • manage operational and product costs effectively
