Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Supervisory experience
  • Guest service skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
  • Some college preferred
  • Restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • Certified Trainer or Shift Lead experience for internal candidates
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Exposure to heat, smoke, and cold conditions
  • Capacity to reach heights and depths up to six feet and three feet respectively
  • High mobility and flexibility
  • Ability to work irregular hours under pressure
  • Ability to bend, reach, and walk as needed
  • Effective guest communication
  • Ability to carry food trays weighing up to 20 pounds for distances up to 60 feet
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong supervisory and guest service skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office software
  • Some college education preferred
  • Experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Certified Trainer or Shift Lead experience acceptable for internal promotions
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Implement and uphold all company policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to hourly employees
  • Ensure execution of all assigned positions, chores, and responsibilities
  • Maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and quality work environment
  • Manage operational and product costs effectively
  • Uphold the brand by delivering exceptional guest experiences and product quality
