Job Requirements

- comfortable with microsoft office software
- some college preferred
- some restaurant managerial experience preferred
- internal candidates substituted with certified trainer and shift lead experience
- ability to stand extensively without breaks
- exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
- ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
- high level of mobility and flexibility for periods up to eight hours or longer
- ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure and stress during busy times
- ability to bend, reach, and walk
- effective communication with guests
- ability to carry trays of food weighing approximately 20 pounds for distances up to 60 feet
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and quality work environment
- manage operational and product costs effectively
