  • ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
  • high level of mobility and flexibility for periods up to eight hours or longer
  • ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure and stress during busy times
  • ability to bend, reach, and walk
  • effective communication with guests
  • ability to carry trays of food weighing approximately 20 pounds for distances up to 60 feet
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
