Job Requirements
- Experience as a floor supervisor/keyholder or similar retail management role preferably in fashion
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies
- Knowledge of retail operations visual merchandising and inventory management
- Passion for fashion and the Ted Baker brand
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lift pull push or move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate electronic systems and communicate effectively
- Willingness to work onsite at the Ted Baker Retail Shop in Aventura Mall - Bloomingdales location.

- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
Job Duties
- Display confident leadership with an ability to inspire and empower teams to achieve excellence
- Work with integrity and respect for others promoting excellent team participation and ensuring the team and location are presented to the highest standards
- Assist customers and ensure prompt resolution of clients' inquiries
- Distribute tasks to team members and monitor their performance
- Oversee and ensure completion of key performance indicators and sales strategies
- Support merchandising guidelines, replenishment procedures, and maintain housekeeping standards
- Handle cash accurately and follow banking procedures
- Act as support to Store and Assistant Store Managers and confidently manage daily operations in their absence
- Develop strategic partnerships and maintain productive relationships with host store partners
- Drive awareness of brand promotions, marketing activities, and campaigns
- Analyze sales data to develop actionable strategies for improving location performance
- Recruit and onboard new team members
- Ensure adherence to company health and safety procedures
- Promote loss prevention measures and protect company assets.
