Job Duties
- support brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating the team
- oversee and provide leadership to stylist team for handling customer queries via online service system
- collaborate with customer experience team to manage KPIs and SLAs
- act as product ambassador to inspire customers and team
- ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and optimal product display
- manage day-to-day store operations including team deployment
- handle people matters such as return to work interviews, investigations, and performance management
- create and implement floor plans and staff rotas
