Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • support brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating the team
  • oversee and provide leadership to stylist team for handling customer queries via online service system
  • collaborate with customer experience team to manage KPIs and SLAs
  • act as product ambassador to inspire customers and team
  • ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and optimal product display
  • manage day-to-day store operations including team deployment
  • handle people matters such as return to work interviews, investigations, and performance management
  • create and implement floor plans and staff rotas
