Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service environments
- Strong understanding of sales targets and KPIs
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Comfortable using CRM and online customer service platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable, honest, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic

- Experience in retail management or supervisory roles

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Duties
- Support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee and provide leadership to stylist team members handling first line customer queries via online systems
- Collaborate with customer experience teams to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support
- Act as an expert ambassador for AllSaints products and inspire customers and team members
- Ensure commercial presentation standards are met with attractive product displays
- Manage day-to-day store operations including team deployment, coaching, and scheduling
- Handle people management issues such as performance, attendance, and investigations in liaison with people and culture
- Create and implement floor plans and rotas independently to set the store up for success
