Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service environments
  • Strong understanding of sales targets and KPIs
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Comfortable using CRM and online customer service platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable, honest, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic

  • Experience in retail management or supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with digital systems and reporting technologies

Job Duties

  • Support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service
  • Oversee and provide leadership to stylist team members handling first line customer queries via online systems
  • Collaborate with customer experience teams to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support
  • Act as an expert ambassador for AllSaints products and inspire customers and team members
  • Ensure commercial presentation standards are met with attractive product displays
  • Manage day-to-day store operations including team deployment, coaching, and scheduling
  • Handle people management issues such as performance, attendance, and investigations in liaison with people and culture
  • Create and implement floor plans and rotas independently to set the store up for success
