Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience with at least 1 year supervisory or management experience
- ATC Responsible Vendor's License
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
- ServSafe Manager Certification (can be obtained internally)
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stay professional in stressful work environments
- Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism
- Superb multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Availability for flexible hours including weekends, holidays, days, and nights
- Positive and engaging personality
- Ability to uphold company appearance and dress standards

Job Duties
- Hire and train front of house team members
- Schedule and manage front of house staff
- Oversee kitchen management in the absence of the general manager
- Monitor food and beverage preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing, and presentation
- Respond to guest inquiries and proactively support servers
- Maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor to anticipate and address issues
- Manage financial activities including inventory, budgeting, payroll, and cash handling
