Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience with at least 1 year supervisory or management experience
  • ATC Responsible Vendor's License
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (can be obtained internally)
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to stay professional in stressful work environments
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism
  • Superb multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Availability for flexible hours including weekends, holidays, days, and nights

Job Duties

  • Hire and train front of house team members
  • Schedule and manage front of house staff
  • Oversee kitchen management in the absence of the general manager
  • Monitor food and beverage preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing, and presentation
  • Respond to guest inquiries and proactively support servers
  • Maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor to anticipate and address issues
  • Manage financial activities including inventory, budgeting, payroll, and cash handling
