Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining restaurant management
  • high school diploma or GED
  • ability to lift 30 or more pounds
  • ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods
  • availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • strong math skills
  • adherence to company policies and safety standards

Job Duties

  • oversee planning, organizing, training, and leadership of restaurant staff
  • achieve sales, cost, employee retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation objectives
  • promote and enforce restaurant policies, procedures, standards, and training programs
  • manage floor service ensuring efficiency and teamwork
  • facilitate communication between floor staff and kitchen
  • engage with regular and VIP guests
  • address and resolve guest complaints and incidents
  • ensure compliance with dress and grooming standards for staff
  • observe and evaluate worker performance
  • maintain highest safety and sanitation standards
  • control cash handling and reconciliation procedures
  • perform inventory control and procurement of supplies
  • prepare required reports and documentation
