Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a full-service, high-volume, fine dining establishment
- must be 21+ years of age
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- proven experience leading and managing a team in a high paced setting
- must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments
- strong knowledge of front and back house operations
- great decision making and organizational skills
- must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team
- must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service

Job Duties
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures
- oversee the new hire paperwork and training of new staff members
- ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment
- ensure cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards
- evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- perform other duties as assigned by AGM and GM
- other tasks as assigned
