Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a full-service, high-volume, fine dining establishment
  • must be 21+ years of age
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • proven experience leading and managing a team in a high paced setting
  • must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments
  • strong knowledge of front and back house operations
  • great decision making and organizational skills
  • must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team
  • must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
  • must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service

Job Duties

  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures
  • oversee the new hire paperwork and training of new staff members
  • ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment
  • ensure cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards
  • evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • perform other duties as assigned by AGM and GM
  • other tasks as assigned
