Job Requirements
- Must have 1+ years of related experience in food and beverage
- Experience in a gaming environment preferred
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws
- Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Physical activity including long periods (8 hours) of standing, walking, and bending
- Required to reach with arms and hands regularly
- Occasionally required to lift up to 30lbs
- Must be able to work extended hours during golf and holiday season
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Regular and reliable attendance required

Job Duties
- Daily supervision of restaurant operations
- Manages daily paperwork
- Oversees daily restaurant activities including serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, and general clerical/cashier duties
- Supervises bartender, server, host, and other employees in the restaurant
- Develops relationships with members and guests to personalize and anticipate service needs
- Must be on the floor during busy mealtimes and required to close the bar and restaurant
- Ensures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked and organized
- Maintains cost controls and conducts monthly inventory
- Responsible for overall guest satisfaction
- Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local/state laws
- Closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage and Restaurant Manager
