Job Requirements

  • Must have 1+ years of related experience in food and beverage
  • Experience in a gaming environment preferred
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws
  • Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Physical activity including long periods (8 hours) of standing, walking, and bending
  • Required to reach with arms and hands regularly
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 30lbs
  • Must be able to work extended hours during golf and holiday season
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Regular and reliable attendance required

Job Duties

  • Daily supervision of restaurant operations
  • Manages daily paperwork
  • Oversees daily restaurant activities including serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, and general clerical/cashier duties
  • Supervises bartender, server, host, and other employees in the restaurant
  • Develops relationships with members and guests to personalize and anticipate service needs
  • Must be on the floor during busy mealtimes and required to close the bar and restaurant
  • Ensures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked and organized
  • Maintains cost controls and conducts monthly inventory
  • Responsible for overall guest satisfaction
  • Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local/state laws
  • Closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage and Restaurant Manager
