Job Requirements

  • Two year associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree from a four year college desirable
  • experience supervising a front-of-house restaurant team
  • ability to speak Vietnamese
  • commitment to excellent customer service and hospitality
  • problem solving and decision making skills
  • great communication skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Leading pre-shift meeting
  • oversees and directs hiring, assignment, training, motivation, evaluation of front of house staff
  • is responsible for the correct documentation and adhering to company policies regarding disciplinary action
  • address and resolve any staff/guest complaints to guests’ satisfaction
  • reporting back to the GM
  • inspects dining room and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
