Job Requirements
- Two year associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree from a four year college desirable
- experience supervising a front-of-house restaurant team
- ability to speak Vietnamese
- commitment to excellent customer service and hospitality
- problem solving and decision making skills
- great communication skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Leading pre-shift meeting
- oversees and directs hiring, assignment, training, motivation, evaluation of front of house staff
- is responsible for the correct documentation and adhering to company policies regarding disciplinary action
- address and resolve any staff/guest complaints to guests’ satisfaction
- reporting back to the GM
- inspects dining room and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
