Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • two years of experience in casino marketing, players club, table games or slots
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • no felony, theft or stealing convictions
  • must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
  • must pass background investigation
  • must obtain and maintain gaming license
  • ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of slot games and table game operations

Job Duties

  • Tracks, analyzes and manages win and losses to determine comp-worth and reinvestment values
  • develops player relationships to minimize player defection
  • generates and analyzes player evaluation reports and maintains player profiles
  • assists casino staff to foster a cooperative work environment
  • enrolls new premium guests into the player tracking system
  • provides hospitality arrangements and complimentary items including food, lodging, retail, and event tickets
  • creates and analyzes player profitability and benchmark reports
  • addresses and facilitates challenging guest interactions and escalates disputes
  • circulates the casino floor to interact and communicate with guests
  • develops and maintains a detailed player list to build guest loyalty
  • prepares reports documenting guest interactions
  • maintains knowledge of property and community promotions and events
  • promotes casino events, activities and promotions
  • follows casino and departmental policies
  • acts as a liaison between guests, management, and vendors
  • provides feedback to management on budget and policies
  • tracks guest play and manages contact with mid to high end guests
  • exhibits superior judgment and decision making
  • justifies complimentary amenities extended to guests
  • greets groups and assists with Player's Club enrollment
  • contributes to team efforts
  • assists with casino functions and promotions
  • performs other duties as required
