Job Requirements
- Minimum three years prior store management experience or flagship assistant store manager experience
- Previous buying experience relative to floor responsibility
- Ability to manage multi-person teams
- Experience reporting to executive management and merchants
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Effective time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to conduct detailed business analysis
- Ability to handle multitasking and manage stress
- Experience working with public and handling client requests
- Ability to communicate time-sensitive information efficiently
- Willingness to travel 3-5 weeks annually to Paris
- Must be professional and reliable
- Knowledge of French language helpful
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of French language helpful
Job Duties
- Provide day to day supervision, coaching, mentoring, and training of the selling team
- Maintain consistent floor presence and collaborate with other departments
- Manage Metier merchandising and address daily stock needs
- Prepare and participate in bi-annual podium buy for floor areas
- Ensure visual standards and storeroom organization
- Identify key monthly Metier focus and implement contests or campaigns
- Deliver weekly business updates and conduct monthly individual productivity meetings
