Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years store management or flagship assistant store manager experience
  • Previous buying experience

Job Duties

  • Supervise, coach, mentor, and train the selling team on the floor
  • Maintain consistent floor presence and collaborate with other departments
  • Manage metier merchandising and stock needs for floors of responsibility
  • Prepare, participate, and attend bi-annual merchandise buys
  • Ensure visual standards and sales goals are met
  • Motivate and strategize team performance including contests and selling campaigns
  • Communicate regularly with Managing Director and management team and provide weekly business updates
  • Conduct detailed business analysis and coach staff for improved performance
  • Conduct monthly individual productivity meetings and address performance issues
  • Prepare inventories and cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Represent store leadership during Managing Director’s absence
  • Oversee support teams including security and ensure adherence to policies
  • Manage P&L, payroll budget, shrinkage, and loss prevention objectives
