Job Requirements

- Technical school or formal apprenticeship may be required
- Knowledge of personal computers, player tracking card systems, gaming devices, and safety equipment
- Ability to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel
- Strong computer skills including effective knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and handle situations with limited standardization
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Job Duties
- Provide directions, assistance, and information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Redeem payout tickets for customers in accordance with casino policies
- Provide support and service to casino visitors
- Understand and comply with established appearance standards
- Understand and comply with the attendance policy of the casino
- Understand and comply with the Eye-Hi-Goodbye program
- Monitor the operation of electronic gaming devices on the casino floor to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Ensure appearance of machines and equipment is maintained in a clean and functional manner
- Resolve customer disputes in accordance with authority or escalate to reporting senior
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies, procedures, and control protocols
- Demonstrate an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on the casino floor
- Promote outstanding customer relations
- Ensure compliance with all casino and cash control policies, practices, and protocols
- Perform other related duties as assigned by reporting senior
