Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Technical school or formal apprenticeship may be required
  • Knowledge of personal computers, player tracking card systems, gaming devices, and safety equipment
  • Ability to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel
  • Strong computer skills including effective knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and handle situations with limited standardization
  • Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Job Duties

  • Provide directions, assistance, and information to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Redeem payout tickets for customers in accordance with casino policies
  • Provide support and service to casino visitors
  • Understand and comply with established appearance standards
  • Understand and comply with the attendance policy of the casino
  • Understand and comply with the Eye-Hi-Goodbye program
  • Monitor the operation of electronic gaming devices on the casino floor to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Ensure appearance of machines and equipment is maintained in a clean and functional manner
  • Resolve customer disputes in accordance with authority or escalate to reporting senior
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies, procedures, and control protocols
  • Demonstrate an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on the casino floor
  • Promote outstanding customer relations
  • Ensure compliance with all casino and cash control policies, practices, and protocols
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by reporting senior
