Job Requirements
- Three plus years of leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant
- Five plus years of full-service restaurant experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and supportive in fast-paced, high-volume service
- Willingness to lead by example and perform any job needed during a shift
- Weekend and evening availability

Job Duties
- Lead floor operations during service
- Assist FOH staff by greeting guests, bussing, running food, and taking orders when needed
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams
- Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to servers, bussers, and hosts
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure opening/closing side work is completed
- Handle cash-outs and basic shift reporting
- Keep energy high and service consistent through strong floor presence
