Job Requirements

  • Three plus years of leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant
  • Five plus years of full-service restaurant experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and supportive in fast-paced, high-volume service
  • Willingness to lead by example and perform any job needed during a shift
  • Weekend and evening availability

Job Duties

  • Lead floor operations during service
  • Assist FOH staff by greeting guests, bussing, running food, and taking orders when needed
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to servers, bussers, and hosts
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure opening/closing side work is completed
  • Handle cash-outs and basic shift reporting
  • Keep energy high and service consistent through strong floor presence
