- high school diploma or ged equivalent
- servsafe certification and certified food protection manager certificate required within 60 days of hire
- food handling experience preferred
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- ability to work morning hours between 7 am and 2 pm
- willingness to work at multiple school sites

Job Duties
- coordinate kitchen operations and staff
- verify compliance with state and federal regulations and program standards
- estimate daily meal counts
- order and prepare produce, food, milk, commodities, and supplies
- oversee student financial accounts
- prepare and serve food
- clean work areas and equipment
- operate register and point of sale terminal accurately
