Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles
  • Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS preferred
  • Ability to manage and train diverse teams
  • Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work on a floating platform under varying weather conditions
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in a quick service and fast food restaurant or casual dining environment with a focus on hospitality management
  • Extensive background in food service management including supervising teams in fine dining or catering settings
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management practices
  • Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training and development team management and supervision
  • Background in culinary arts or food production is advantageous but not required
  • Prior experience managing restaurant operations on water or unique venues is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation service and cleanliness standards
  • Manage staff training and development to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Supervise food handling safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
  • Control inventory levels and manage food production to minimize waste and control costs
  • Coordinate kitchen activities including cooking food presentation and quality assurance
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer satisfaction
  • Oversee shift management ensuring smooth transitions between shifts and operational continuity
  • Ensure adherence to all safety procedures specific to floating restaurant operations
